This application does log some information you enter and submit from the contact form. This information can include the date and time of your contact, the Internet Protocol (IP) Address and hostname of your computer, and your name and e-mail address as you entered them on the form. The contents of your message and the subject are never logged and are not seen by anyone other than the intended recipient you selected when you filled out the form.

This log is used to help determine how often this application is utilized, and to help track abuse of the application should it occur.

At no time is the information that was logged used to "harvest" a list of e-mail addresses or to keep track of you in any way. Use of this form does not cause you to be added to any mail list either internal or external to Good News Presbyterian Church. The information in the log will never be sold or given to a third party.
